16.001	痔瘘	hemorrhoid and fistula	痔疮和肛瘘的统称。
16.002	痔	hemorrhoid	内痔、外痔、混合痔的合称。
16.003	内痔	internal hemorrhoid	生于肛门齿线以上，直肠末端黏膜下的痔。
16.004	外痔	external hemorrhoid	生于肛管齿线之下的痔。
16.005	混合痔	mixed hemorrhoid	内、外痔静脉丛曲张，相互沟通吻合，使内痔部分和外痔部分形成一整体的痔。
16.006	肛裂	anal fissure	以肛门周期性疼痛，即排便时阵发性刀割样疼痛，便后数分钟缓解，随后又持续剧烈疼痛可达数小时，伴有习惯性便秘，便时出血为主要表现的疾病。
16.007	肛痈	perianal or perirectal abscess	直肠周围间隙发生急性感染而形成的脓肿。
16.008	脏毒	perianal abscess	以肛门内疼痛、灼热、坠胀感，排便后向会阴、臀部放射，肛窦红肿、有脓样物等为主要表现的痈病类疾病。
16.009	肛瘘	anal fistula	又称“肛漏”。直肠、肛管与周围皮肤相通所形成的瘘管。
16.010	脱肛	rectal prolapse	以大便后或劳累、下蹲时直肠黏膜或直肠全层脱出肛外为主要表现的疾病。
16.011	肛门湿疡	eczema of anus	以肛门部皮肤起丘疹、瘙痒、渗液等为主要表现的疾病。
16.012	悬珠痔	suspending bead pile; fibropapilloma of anus	以肛乳头纤维结缔组织增生，可有排便不畅或下坠感、里急后重感，或见痔核脱出肛外为主要表现的疾病。
16.013	息肉痔	rectal polyp	直肠内黏膜上长有赘生物的疾病。
16.014	肛门失禁	incontinence of feces; anal incontinence	以神志清楚而排气并有稀便自行遗出为主要表现的疾病。
16.015	肛门狭窄	stricture of anus; anal stenosis	以排便困难，便细为主要表现的肛门疾病。
16.016	肛门挛急	contracture of anus	以排便困难，肛门不适，拘急作痛为主要表现的肛门疾病。
16.017	锁肛痔	locked anus pile; anorectal cancer	发生在肛管直肠的癌病类疾病。
16.018	骶尾部畸胎瘤	sacrococcygeal teratoma
16.019	骶尾部囊肿窦	cystic sinus of sacrococcygeal region
16.020	直肠前突	encysted rectum
16.021	盆底肌痉挛综合征	syndrome of pelvic floor muscle spasm
